12′ x 16′ Diameter overall, each tripod 10- 12′H x 3′D. Cut, welded, and painted steel. Ancient symbols come from various cultures and time periods- such as Chinese ideograms, Alchemical, Egyptian, Native American, etc.

The five tripods with three symbols each are placed around two overlapping symbols cut out of the sod. The symbols in this work create message combinations that refer to the site’s historical and contemporary characteristics. Sculpture in the Heights, Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
