Ingenuity Festival
September 25- 26, 2009
The Ingenuity Festival, originally conceived as a "movable feast," has literally transformed various alleys, buildings and arcades in downtown Cleveland since its inception in 2005. In addition to its summer event in July, the Ingenuity "wand" is now poised to animate the streetcar level of the Detroit Superior Bridge for two days this coming September. www.ingenuitycleveland.com
